Youth Transition Support Initiative (YTSI)
Western LCP, in partnership
with Melbourne City Mission, is responsible for managing the new State funded
Youth Transition Support Initiative (YTSI) in the WynBay and Maribyrnong/ Moonee
Valley LLEN regions. The new initiative will assist 15 - 19 year olds who are
not in education or training, are unemployed or working less than 15 hours per
week and who have not completed Year 12 or equivalent.
