WynBay LLEN Partnership Secure Industry Sponsorship for Students

A recent partnership between WynBay LLEN and Isuzu Australia has delivered an incredible outcome from the Isuzu Australia Work Experience Day, which was Isuzu’s first-ever engagement with secondary school students.

Students from Alamanda P-9 College took part in this opportunity, designed to give them meaningful insight into the industry while showcasing the value of well-structured work experience, workplace expectations, and future career pathways.

A standout moment occurred on the day when three students confidently approached David Kirsanovs (Sustainability and Compliance Manager) with a proposal for Isuzu to sponsor their STEM Racing Team. Their professionalism, preparation and confidence made a strong impression.

As a result, the students were invited back to Isuzu Australia to formally present their pitch to Isuzu’s executive team, including the MD of Isuzu Australia, Takeo Shindo.

Following the presentation, Isuzu Australia committed to $5,000 in sponsorship to support the students’ STEM Racing Team.

We are very proud of the work we do at WynBay LLEN because we are able to achieve these wonderful outcomes. This partnership with Isuzu has really exemplified the impact of quality employer partnerships and how these types of connections can build confidence and real-world outcomes for the students.

This partnership is a strong example of how industry engagement opens doors for young people and benefits not just the students but also our local schools and the community.
