The Hobsons Bay VETDSS Cluster is a partnership between WynBay LLEN, 10 RTOs, and 7 senior secondary education providers.

Some of the programs delivered within the cluster are Allied Health, Automotive, Building & Construction (Carpentry), Community Services, Electrical, Plumbing, Early Childhood, Engineering, Hospitality, Music, Fashion, Sport & Recreation.
